Positive thinking

When I talk about to manifest your desire, then the first thing which you need to follow is "Positive Thinking or Positive View point". Your mind will always believe in everything you tell it or feed it. So, it's better to feed your mind with positive thoughts instead of negative. Now the question is "how to stay Positive?"
It's easy to say "be positive", but in reality to stay positive is not everyone's cup of tea. You need to put efforts to attract the positivity in your routine life. So here are few suggestions which may help you to adopt positivity in your life.
As we all believe in an old saying that "A healthy mind resides in a healthy body" So to think positive you need to keep your body healthy. Only then your healthy mind think optimistically, constructively  and positively. You need to remove toxins of negetavity from your body with the help of exercise or yoga. From your busy schedule, take out at least half an hour for yourself. Research shows that when we do exercise it flows oxygen in our brain, which helps brain to perform better.
Meditation is an another alternative to stay positive. At least meditate for 20 minutes first, later you can increase the duration. Meditation will help your body to relax and put your mind at ease. It will train your mind to stay positive. Sleep for at least 8 hours to energise your brain, so that it can handle the problem in a better way.
Next thing you need to follow is avoid to empathize with someone. Every human being has some problems, when they come to you and share with you their problems then just listen to them but don't take those problems in your mind or empathize. It's good to listen others but mentally don't involve yourself in that situation. Stay away from all those negative thoughts which may give you tensions. You can give them suggestions for their problems, or you can sympathize but don't empathize with them.
Try to remain positive in every situation. Every situation has both positive and negative sides, which side you need to follow that is up to you. So choose positive over negative. It's human tendency to attract negative more quickly as compare to positive. You need to train your mind to move towards positive side.
Accept your mistakes or faults. No one is perfect in this world, so learn something new from every mistake or failure and move on. Apply "Let it go" attitude, it will help you to stay positive. Listen music to calm down your mind from failure or if you are feeling low. It will help to broaden the way to think positively.
Learn to say "NO". Don't indulge yourself in an activity which you don't want to do. This will create tension,  frustration and negetavity in your mind. But this doesn't mean you run from your responsibilities. Infact this NO means don't overburdened your self with the responsibilities. Set your priorities and act accordingly, so that you can work with positive attitude.
